Design, Reclamation & Pals
Independent Practices, Reclaimed Spaces & New Creative Communities
This PALANCA and PROHIBIDO mx tour takes us through some of the most exciting projects in Colonia Juárez, exploring how contemporary design finds new spaces, transforms existing resources, and brings communities together.
We’ll begin at Luzy, joining the Abierto de Diseño CDMX program with Reclamación, an exhibition curated by Guillermo Segrove that brings together independent practices, reclaimed spaces, and resources in transformation.
Next, we’ll head to Lucerna 27, the new home of Taller Nacional, opening its doors and welcoming its CAMARADAS to a collective design exhibition and the opening of MADERA. It’s an opportunity to discover the space, meet some of the people behind it, and celebrate a new chapter for the studio.
An evening exploring the coolest corners of Colonia Juárez on foot, discovering a creative scene where design, community, and the city are constantly reclaiming new possibilities.
Curated by PALANCA in collaboration with Abierto de Diseño CDMX.
